1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

The item was delivered defective, damaged, or not as described.

The wrong product or size was delivered.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Please Note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain PPE items such as masks, gloves, earplugs, and respirators cannot be returned once opened.

Customized or branded uniforms/items are non-returnable unless faulty.
2. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process

Our support team will guide you on the return approval and process.

Ship or deliver the item to our store:
Shop S-10, 2nd Floor, Barkat Biashara Mall, River Road, Nairobi.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, color, or product alternatives if available.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, or damage), Sidget Safety Kenya will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (e.g., wrong size ordered by customer), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Opened PPE (masks, gloves, earplugs, respirators).

Branded/customized uniforms or promotional merchandise.

Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).
